Credible Vs Non- Credible

I know it is a non-credible source because:1. The website has a ".com" address, which means that anyone could have purchased that website.2. There are more than five ads on the page.3 the website started to get off topic

I know this is a credible source because:

The website is org. There wasnt many pop ups or ads.This is a very relieable site because docotors will post wat they know on the website.

I know this is a credible source because it where you can ask questions about your health.These are docotors who are leaving the information.Its gov ,which mean its a goverment site

There is no clear author.Wikipedia pages can be edited by anyone and that means people can add or delete whatever they want, so there's no telling what is correct or incorrect.The author does not have a degree , so I don't know if I can trust the opinion.
